Bush Calls Domestic Spy Program ‘Limited’

Bush, whose decision is facing congressional hearings on the surveillance, said Sunday that the program, run by the ultra-secret National Security Agency, is limited.

Of course it’s limited! The President would never dream of abusing his power to spy on ordinary Americans. The domestic spying is strictly, strictly limited to just bad people.
